Arsenal and Mesut Ozili reportedly have reached an agreement to terminate the contract, reports journalist David Ornstein.
The 32-year-old has not played since the beginning of last year and is now seeking to leave The Gunners.
According to Ornstein, the agreement with Fenerbahce has been reached and will be completed this weekend.
Ozil is earning ten million euros salary per season, with his contract expiring in June at Arsenal.
A few days ago, the Turkish-German had announced that he dreams of playing in Turkey, and the only team was Fenerbahce.
Ozil did not rule out a move to America, but now it seems that he has decided to move to the Turkish team.
Arsenal will probably pay a small amount for termination of the contract, as the midfielder is already known to be the highest paid in London. /Telegraph/
