Manchester United are 14 points behind leaders Manchester City in the Premier League, but the Red Devils have a less developed match.
Despite the big difference in points, Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes says that his team has not given up on the title of champion.
In addition to still being mathematically in contention for the title, United are also seen as the favorite team to win the Europa League.
In the quarterfinals of this competition, the Red Devils will face the Spanish team Granada.
“When you play in such a legendary club, just winning a title is not enough,” said Fernandes.
“So we are not happy if we just win the Europa League because we want to improve every time.”
“The goal is to win games and aim for the Premier League title, as long as mathematics allows us to do so,” said Fernandes.
