After just ten minutes of play, The Blues took the lead through Thiago Silvas who headed in an assist from Mason Mount.
The team led by Frank Lampard turned out to be even more dangerous in the second 45 minutes.
It was the 78th minute, when Timo Werner miraculously assisted Tammy Abrahm, to double the score of the blues.
But Chelsea did not stop there and after just two minutes, the English striker scored his second personal goal and the third for his team.
