Manchester City has returned to victory by triumphing 5-2 in the challenge against Southampton in the Premier League.
Kevin De Bruyne unlocked the score in the 15th minute, before James Ward-Prowse equalized the score from the penalty spot (25 ‘).
Before the teams went to the break, Citizens scored two more goals, through Riyad Mahrez (40 ‘) and Ilkay Gundogan (45’ + 3).

Mahrez also scored the second personal goal in the second half (55 ‘) after an assist by Phil Foden.
Meanwhile, Che Adams scored the second goal for the guests (56 ‘), but De Bruyne also scored the second personal goal (59’), again assisted by Foden.
Manchester City has regained the lead of 14 points in relation to the first follower, Manchester United (which has a less developed match). Southampton remain in the quota of 33 points, instead of 14 in the table. /Telegraph/
