Gareth Bale was back in the starting line-up for Tottenham on Wednesday against Southampton, and managed to score the equalizer for his side in the 2-1 victory.
After the match, the first since the dismissal of Jose Mourinho, the Welshman seemed that he was not very eager for the negative tactics of the Portuguese coach.
“Just be a little bit ahead,” Bale told Sky Sports when asked what needed to be changed at the club.
“We want to attack, we are a great team, we have great players,” he added.
Ryan Mason, a former Bale teammate at Spurs, is now the interim coach until the end of the season. /Telegraph/
