Steven Gerrard has admitted that his dream is to one day become the coach of Liverpool, but he hopes that Jurgen Klopp will stay there for a few more years.
The former The Reds captain won the Scottish Super League title with the Rangers for the first time in ten years.
This success in Scotland comes as Klopp is struggling to qualify the team in the Champions League for the new edition, as they are currently in eighth place in the Premier League.
In an interview with ITV, Gerrard said: “Liverpool fans do not want me as a coach, they want Jurgen Klopp to continue and I am completely with them.”
“We should not talk about it, we have one of the best coaches in the world. I love him”.
“I hope he stays there for many years to come. I have my job here. “I do not think about this and Klopp should stay there for many years”, added the legend of the English team. /Telegraph/
