Pep Guardiola has stated that his dream is to transfer Eden Hazard to Manchester City, according to what OK Diario reports.
The Belgian star had impressed the Spanish coach while he was at Chelsea, but then transferred to Real Madrid for a sum of around 140 million euros.
But Guardiola still hopes to transfer Hazard even though he is not in good form with Os Blancos.
“He is not a top player, he is of another level,” said the Citizens strategist.
“What we saw while he was in England … he is a world-class player. “The whole world knows that he needs some time to fit into a team.”
“This is normal and for me he remains a dream transfer that I would like to realize even earlier,” added Guardiola.
The Spaniard could try to transfer the Belgian in the summer of this year, if he continues with this situation at Real Madrid, where his frequent injuries are being repeated. /telegraph/
