English club, Liverpool is interested in signing midfielder Rodrigo De Paul, but Udinese will not sell the Argentine for less than 40 million euros.
The Reds may need a replacement for Georginio Ëijnaldum, who has not reached an agreement to extend his contract with the Reds expiring this June.
According to The Corriere dello Sport, Liverpool have set their eyes on De Paul, but Udinese want at least 40 million euros to sell the 26-year-old.
“De Paul is a talented player and a benchmark for our team,” Udinese vice-president Stefano Campoccia said last week.
“He is a jewel and jewelry costs money. “The proposals did not meet our requirements, for less than 40 million euros he does not move”, concluded Campoccia.
Inter, Juventus, Napoli and Leeds have also been linked with the signing of the Argentine star who has three goals and as many assists in 18 appearances in all competitions so far this season. / Telegraphy /
