Man City returns to victory, triumphs on the trip to Southampton

Manchester City has triumphed on the trip to Southampton with the result 1-0 in the match valid for the 14th week in the Premier League.

Pep Guardiola’s team has managed to return to victory in the championship, beating Southampton, after two draws in the last two games.

The first part of the match was characterized by play for a better nuance of City, who managed to find the goal as well.

City scored in the 15th minute through Rodri, but that goal was disallowed for offside position, while just a minute later it was Raheem Sterling, who scored for 0-1 after assisting Kevin de Bruyne.

In the second half, again City was the best team creating more chances in the pursuit of the second goal and securing the victory.

However, until the end they failed to find the net and won in the end with the result of the first half 1-0.

After this victory, City sees itself in fifth place with 23 points or one point less than fourth Southampton.
