Mesut Ozil leaves for Fenerbahce – the club comes out with an announcement

Mesut Ozil has left for Fenerbahce to complete the transfer from Arsenal.

The Turkish-German midfielder has not played for The Gunners since the beginning of last year and is now completing his departure.

Ozil has announced through social media that he has left for Fenerbahce to complete the transfer.

Through a post, the Turkish team also reacted by saying that the agreement is in process.

“Our club is bringing Mesut Ozil to Istanbul to continue the transfer process,” the statement said.

It is not yet known if Arsenal and Ozil have terminated the contract, or Fener will pay for the transfer. /Telegraph/
