Arsenal have announced that they have terminated the contract with Sokratis who is already a free agent.
The Gunners had not counted on the Greek defender for a long time, until now they terminated his contract.
Arsenal announced that with a bilateral agreement, they have decided to terminate the contract with Sokratis, thanking the player for the contribution given.
“On behalf of Mikel, our coaches, the players and everyone at the club, I would like to thank Pope (Socrates) for his contribution to the club,” said Edu.
