The Tottenham-Fulham match has been postponed, the guest club has many cases with COVID-19

The match between Tottenham and Fulham, the last for the two for 2020, has been postponed as a result of a coronavirus outbreak at the Fulham club.

Tottenham have now issued a statement regarding the match cancellation decision and sent their best wishes to Fulham following the positive cases with COVID-19.

“We can confirm that our home game against Fulham, scheduled to take place tonight (Wednesday, December 30), has been postponed.”

“The Premier League informed us of the decision this afternoon, with Fulham requesting a postponement due to the number of positive COVID-19 cases of the players and their staff.”

“Everyone at Tottenham Hotspur sends their best wishes to Fulham for a speedy recovery for all those affected,” the statement said.
