United won with difficulty at Sheffield and rose to the table
Manchester United has taken a harder win than previously thought on paper against Sheffield United.
The last team in the table were the hosts of the Red Devils who triumphed with a close score 2-3.
However the locals took the lead when David McGoldrick made it 1-0 in the fifth minute after a mistake by Dean Henderson.
However the joy of the locals did not last more than 20 minutes, as Marcus Rashford miraculously used a pass from Lindelof and scored to equalize the figures at 1-1.
United got everything back on track when Anthony Martial scored in the 33rd minute for the Red Devils’ first lead.
With a close 1-2 lead for United, the teams went on a 15-minute break.
The Red Devils miraculously started the second half, when a good interaction between Martial and Rashford made the Englishman make it 1-3.
All the locals did until the end was the second goal scored by David McGoldrick for the final score 2-3.
United with this victory rose to sixth place in the table with 23 points, while Sheffield remains at the bottom of the table with only one point. / Telegraph /
